About Us
'A Night For Gaza' is an event taking place in London to raise awareness and funds for the continuing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Join us for an exclusive dinner with George Galloway MP and Yvonne Ridley. The evening will also feature the London preview of Yvonne Ridley's documentary
'Three Uncles Go To Gaza', a 3 course Lebanese meal by Kenza restaurant and lounge, a selection of stalls, an exclusive raffle and auction items.
Guest Speakers
George Galloway is a British politician, author and broadcaster who has been a Member of Parliament since 1987; he is known for his anti-war views. He currently represents Bethnal Green and Bow.
Yvonne Ridley is a British journalist best known for her capture by the Taliban and subsequent conversion to Islam. Ridley, along with peace activists, recently visited war torn Gaza on a humanitarian aid mission and the film documents her experience and the current situation in Palestine. |
